This page explains what you receive when you subscribe to OpenClaw.ag, how your service is delivered, and what to expect after payment. If you have any questions, please contact support@openclaw.ag.

1.

What is OpenClaw.ag?

OpenClaw.ag is a managed hosting service operated by CloudCraftr LLP. We deploy and manage personal AI assistants powered by OpenClaw — an open-source AI assistant framework — so that non-technical users can run their own AI assistant without configuring servers, terminal commands, or software dependencies.

You choose the AI model (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) and the messaging channel (Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp) you want your assistant to operate on. We handle everything else: provisioning the server, installing and configuring OpenClaw, connecting to your chosen channel, and keeping the instance online and up to date.

The service is available as a monthly subscription at USD $29 per month, billed automatically via Stripe. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.

What is included

Your $29/month subscription covers everything required to run and maintain your AI assistant instance. There are no hidden costs or add-ons required for core functionality.

Managed server deployment

A dedicated server instance is provisioned and configured exclusively for your AI assistant. You do not share infrastructure with other customers in a way that affects your assistant's performance.

OpenClaw installation and configuration

We install, configure, and optimise OpenClaw on your instance. You do not need any technical knowledge to get started.

AI model of your choice

Your assistant runs on Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), or Gemini (Google) — whichever you select at signup. You can request a model change at any time by contacting support.

Messaging channel integration

Your assistant is connected to Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp — your choice. We handle the bot registration and webhook configuration.

Persistent memory

Your assistant remembers past conversations, giving it continuity and context across sessions.

Infrastructure management and monitoring

We monitor your instance for uptime and resource health. Issues are addressed proactively without requiring any action from you.

Automatic updates

When new versions of OpenClaw are released, we apply updates to your instance. You always run current, stable software.

Our team is available via email at support@openclaw.ag to help with configuration questions, troubleshooting, and account management.

How delivery works

Service delivery is fully digital. There is nothing to download, install, or configure on your end. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you sign up to your assistant being live.

Create your account

Sign up at openclaw.ag with your email address. Account creation takes under a minute.

Choose your model and channel

Select the AI model you want your assistant to use (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) and the messaging channel it should operate on (Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp).

Complete payment

Enter your payment details securely via Stripe. Your subscription begins immediately. You are charged $29 now, and on the same date each month thereafter.

Deployment begins

Within minutes of payment confirmation, we begin provisioning and configuring your OpenClaw instance. Most deployments complete within 5 minutes.

Confirmation email with access details

Once your instance is live, you receive a confirmation email containing your assistant's connection details — how to find and interact with your bot on your chosen platform. No technical steps are required on your side.

Your assistant is live

Open Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp, find your bot, and start chatting. Your AI assistant is fully operational and ready to use.

Delivery timeline: Your assistant is typically live within 5 minutes of payment. In the rare event of a delay, you will receive an email update and our team will resolve the issue within 2 hours. If your assistant is not deployed within 24 hours for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund.

Service availability

OpenClaw.ag is designed for continuous operation. Your assistant is intended to be available to you around the clock, every day of the year.

Uptime target

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for all hosted instances. This means your assistant should be available and responsive at all times, except during brief planned maintenance windows.

Planned maintenance

Routine maintenance (updates, security patches, infrastructure improvements) is performed during low-traffic periods and typically causes zero downtime. When longer maintenance is required, we will notify you by email at least 24 hours in advance.

Third-party dependencies

Your assistant relies on third-party platforms — the AI model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) and the messaging platform (Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp). Outages or disruptions on those platforms are outside our control. We monitor these dependencies and communicate any known issues affecting your service.

Ongoing service

Your subscription is not a one-time setup — it covers continuous active management of your instance for as long as you remain a subscriber.

Automatic updates

We apply OpenClaw updates to your instance as new stable versions are released. Updates are applied without service interruption wherever possible. You do not need to request, approve, or action updates.

Persistent memory and data

Your assistant's memory and conversation history are stored persistently on your instance. Data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to reconsider or export any information you need.

Infrastructure monitoring

We continuously monitor your instance for crashes, resource exhaustion, and connectivity issues. If a problem is detected, our systems attempt automatic recovery. If automatic recovery fails, our team is alerted and will resolve the issue manually. In most cases, any disruption is resolved before you notice it.

Security

We keep the server environment and OpenClaw installation up to date with security patches. Your instance is isolated from other customers' instances. We do not access your conversation data except where necessary to diagnose a technical issue you have reported.

Modifying your service

You can request changes to your configuration at any time by contacting support@openclaw.ag.

Changing your AI model

If you want to switch from Claude to ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other supported model, email us with your request. Model changes are applied within 24 hours and are included in your subscription at no extra cost.

Changing your messaging channel

If you want to move your assistant from Telegram to Discord or WhatsApp (or any other supported channel), email us with your request. Channel migrations are applied within 24 hours and are included in your subscription at no extra cost.

Persona and configuration

You can customise your assistant's persona, system prompt, and behaviour directly through your assistant. Advanced configuration changes can also be requested via support.

7.

Cancellation policy

Cancel anytime

There are no minimum terms or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@openclaw.ag.

Access after cancellation

When you cancel, your service continues to run until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you are billed on the 10th of each month and you cancel on the 20th, your assistant remains live and fully functional until the 10th of the following month. You are not charged again.

Data deletion

After your billing period ends, your instance is taken offline. Your data (conversation history, configuration) is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. If you resubscribe within those 30 days, your data can be restored.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. In exceptional circumstances (such as a prolonged outage caused by us), refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

Our support team is available to help with any questions or issues related to your service.

Response time

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours. Urgent issues (assistant not responding, billing problems) are prioritised and typically resolved faster. We do not offer phone support.
